Purification Ending.
(0:01) 1. When you talk to the Owl, Pick the 2nd dialogue option “Break the Iron Code, Stay Loyal to Kuro”.
(0:08) 2. Defeat the Owl
(0:28) 3. Talk to Kuro and Emma until you have exhaust all dialogues. You will light an incense burner and receive “Sweet Rice Ball”
(0:42) 4. Go to the Right Side and Eavesdrop on Kuro then rest
(0:55) 5. Head upstairs to talk to Emma and agree with her then rest.
(1:21) 6. Go to upstair and talk to Emma again and receive “Tomoe’s Note” then rest.
(1:40) 7. Go to the Old Grave Idol and talk to Emma by the graves to the left.
(1:55) 8. Go to the Dilapidated Temple Idol and Eavesdrop on the Sculptor and Emma
(2:25) 9. Talk to Emma and select “Ask about what you overheard” and “Ask what she is hiding” she will give you a Father’s Bell Charm to use at the Buddha statue. This will take you to Hirata Estate.
(2:56) 10. Defeat the 2 Mini Boss for the T/A Man Without Equal. Defeat Lone Shadow Masanaga the Spear-Bearer and Defeat Juzou the Drunkard
(3:18) 11. Defeat the Owl to receive the Flowers of the Everblossom

Return Ending.
(3:33) 1. Go to the Temple Ground Idol and dive underwater to pick up the “Holy Chaper: Infested”
(4:00) 2. Fresh Fruit – Go to the Senpou Temple Mt. Kongo Idol. Use the Puppeteer Skill on the small enemy by the Kite Mechanism so that it can extend it out for a new Grapple Point
(4:50) 3. Use the new Grapple Point to get to a new area called Sunken Valley Cavern
(5:44) 4. Deathblow the Great Serpent to receive the Fresh Serpent Viscera
(6:15) 5. Old Fruit – Go to the Bodhisattva Valley Idol. Navigate through a cave and at the end use the Puppeteer Skill on a Monkey to distract the Snake. Enter the building to pick up the Dried Serpent Viscera.
(7:25) 6. Persimmon – Go to the Temple Ground You can loot 1 at the end of the path.
(8:00) 7. Go to the Inner Sanctum Idol and talk to the Divine Child. Give her the Book from Step #1. “Give Holy Chapter: Infested”
(8:41) 8. Important!!! Fast Travel somewhere else then Rest. Request Rice and Eat it. You need to do this 3x. Fast Travel and Rest then request Rice and Eat it. Until the Divine Child is bent forward and doesn’t give you rice anymore no matter what you do.
(10:23) 9. Now it’s time to give her the Persimmon. You will receive Rice for Kuro.
(11:23) 10. Go to the Ashina Castle upper Tower Kuro’s Room and give Kuro the Rice. Fast Travel away and Rest. Go back to Kuro to Receive “Sweet Rice Ball”
(11:57) 11. Talk to the Divine Child and she will ask if you gave the Rice to the Divine Heir.
(12:55) 12. Rest at the Inner Sanctum Idol and you will notice that the Divine Child has disappear. Go to the Halls of Illusion and talk to the Divine Child. Leave and rest at the Inner Sanctum Idol.
(13:35) 13. Holy Chapter: Dragon’s Return. Follow the path I show you to pick up this book. Return to the Inner Sanctum Idol and rest.
(15:15) 14. Talk to the Divine Child. The Divine Child will ask for the Fresh & Old Fruit that you collected in Step #2, 3, 4, 5 afterward rest at the Idol.
(15:29) 15. Talk to the Divine Child again. Give Persimmons of the Serpent. Now rest again at the Idol. The doors will be shut so Eavesdrop by the Doors. Rest again at the Idol. Talk to the Divine Child and Receive the Frozen Tears.

By doing all of the steps from above, you will now have the choose between the 3 different Endings. If you’re on the PS4 then you can get All 3 Endings in 1 Playthrough. By making a USB save after you defeat the Final Boss.

(16:34) Complete the Fountainhead Palace area. When you get to the Santuary Idol, You will need to Defeat the Divine Dragon to receive the Divine Dragon’s Tears.

(16:57) Defeat the Final Boss Isshin, the Sword Saint. Ashina Castle Near Secret Passage

PLEASE NOTE!!! if you’re looking get all 3 endings in 1 playthrough then make a backup save now.

(17:22) Immortal Severance Ending
Give Divine Dragon’s Tears

(17:28) Purification Ending
Give Dragon’s Tears and Everblossom

(17:34) Return Ending
Give Dragon Tears and Frozen Tears
